International Service encompasses various actions taken to expand Rotary's humanitarian reach around the globe and to promote world understanding and peace. Roseville Rotary is currently championing a project with the Rotary Club of Manzanillo, Mexico to provide buses, computers, and classroom supplies for schools in isolated areas.

Club and community activities are based on the Rotary International 4-Way Test:

1. Is it the truth?

2. Is it fair to all concerned?

3. Will it build goodwill and better friendship?

4. Will it be beneficial to all concerned?
